(Nexstar) – Trader Joe is bringing a vague voyage atmosphere to many new cities over the coming months.
The grocery chain currently lists 34 locations on the “Soon Soon” tab, including half a dozen that have appeared since the previous update in July.

Many of the upcoming locations listed on Trader Joe’s website will open within a few months, but new additions, including stores in California, Connecticut, Washington, DC, Florida, New York, South Carolina and Texas, could take three to six months, but provided by time frames provided by Trader Joe’s representatives.
Once the opening date is determined, it will be added “to the store’s local page,” the spokesman said.
Here, Trader Joe is currently planning to open the next location.

Do you retain the hope that your new store will get a little closer to your neighborhood? Trader Joe executives have previously revealed that new locations have been selected based on several factors, including town population density, customer traffic patterns, and parking availability at the proposed site. Scouts are also looking for potential retail spaces that “feel” like they would be suitable for Trader Joe, Marketing Executive Tara Miller and Matt Sloan.
“We have to look at a huge number of potential sites to make sure we get the best possible site,” Sloan said.
