A new survey with the vehicle performance data provider 0-60 specification reveals Florida’s most eye-catching car brands, bringing Toyota and Tesla to the top.
Florida’s top car brands came in Toyota, followed by Tesla and Ford, followed by Honda and Mercedes-Benz.
In addition to Florida, the analysis examines the average monthly search volume over the past year for 105 vehicle manufacturers in all 50 states, with Toyota and Tesla leading in many states.
“Consumers still like traditional automakers such as Toyota, Ford and Honda continue to have a continued connection and popularity among American consumers,” the report said.
This data shows an increasing interest in electric vehicles, and Tesla is prominently characterized by search rankings for various states. This suggests increased consumer curiosity and consideration of electric vehicles.
Another reason why Tesla has become a popular shopping in Florida comes from President Trump, who said he is buying Tesla to show his loyalty to the company’s CEO Elon Musk.
Even if gas prices have fallen somewhat, consumers are still looking for the best cars to save fuel with pumps.
“These search trends provide valuable insight into consumer interest and changing preferences in the automotive industry. High search volumes for brands such as Toyota and Tesla reflect a blend of reliability and innovation that resonates with today’s drivers. Understanding these patterns will help manufacturers and dealers meet the evolutionary needs of their customers.
According to BACIC, one of Tesla’s popularity is beyond its business model focused on its attractive sustainability, and you may have heard that Tesla’s stock price has been steadily declining since early 2025.
