ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) – A woman filed a lawsuit last week after a man said he was injured in the same vehicle that he lost his response and died.

According to a statement from Universal Studios, 32-year-old Kevin Rodriguez Zavala was found unresponsive after riding a Stardust Racer and was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.

The Orange County Medical Inspector’s office determined that Rodriguez Zabara’s death was due to multiple blunt impact injuries.

NBC affiliate WESH reported that the woman who filed the complaint, 40-year-old Sand Street, said Stardust Racer had shook her head violently and hit the headrest in her seat. She also said she has reasonable expectations that the ride is safe.

She was able to check out the attractions during the preview period before the epic opening of the epic universe in May.

The complaints allege that the epic Universal could not properly hold her head down while riding a roller coaster.

WESH reported that Spetas-Buist’s law firm filed a lawsuit Wednesday, demanding that a ju trial be decided on a route to be compensated for head injuries.

Karen Irwin, president of Universal Orlando Resort, claims that the ride was working properly at the time of Rodriguez Zavala’s death, but Ben Crump’s law firm has launched its own investigation on behalf of a family member who continues to search for answers.
