Cocoa Beach Elementary School Teacher Lawyer, who was charged with the teenage of alcohol fuel, has nothing to do with the incident, and is “malicious and slandered” by legal execution agencies, media, and community. Was stated.
“(Curly) Anderson strictly believes that he did nothing bad,” said Kenneth Weaver, a lawyer of Weaver & Dorfman, Pennsylvania.
Anderson (45 years old), a teacher at Cocoa Beach’s Roosevelt Elementary School, was arrested on January 24 in connection with the teens on January 19, and Elizabeth Hill Brodigan (47 years old) was the same school. It was the principal. Both were charged with child negligence without major physical harm, contributing to the delinquency of minors, and Hill Brosigan is facing an additional fee for the open house party. Both were bonds from Brevard County Prison, Hill Brodigan’s bail was set to $ 3,500, and Anderson was set to $ 3,000.
According to the court document, the host at Hill-Brodigan’s home involved more than 100 students. One student was arrested on the way out of the party and was prosecuted for driving under the influence, and another student vomited on the front lawn of the Hilbrodigan, and from fire rescue and cocoa beach firefighting in Brevard County. I needed a doctor’s consultation.
Interviewed by police reported that multiple battles, marijuana use, and alcohol at home are available. They said Hill Brodigan did not stop the party, and the party was hosted at home once or twice a month.
But Anderson, who lives on Hill Brodigan, said it had nothing to do with the party.
“Mrs. Anderson did not supply alcohol to the boy, did not drink with them, did not go to a party, and had nothing to do with it,” he said. “She was there, and the police did all kinds of assumptions.”
Lawyer: “She has essentially lost work”
Weaver said, Anderson went to a party after going out to eat with Hill Brodigan. While they went out, Hill Brodigan received a call from the police that she warned that the party was happening in her house. Anderson agrees to check the situation with Hill Brodigan.
Weaver said the party was dead before they got there.
“When Mrs. Anderson returned home, she said she had several children at home,” he said.
Anderson has shared the same series of events with the TV Inside Edition for being at a restaurant before going to Hill Brodigan’s house.
“Nothing happened in the house,” said the News Magazine. “I didn’t see alcohol.”
Weaver believes that Anderson is not involved in the incident, but Brevard’s public school has given her an option to retire.
“After 19 years, she loses his job,” he said.
Hill Brodigan’s two lawyers are hired, Funk, Sachachi, and Diamond law firms have refused to comment on the case.
Brevard Public SC Hools did not respond to Florida’s repetitive calls, textbooks, or e -mail to the communication department.
Last week, the Board of Education, Gene Trent, told Fox 35 last week that the case was “not new.”
“The situation happens when there are thousands of employees,” he said, adding the police report that it was a teen -party party.
“You can’t be a parent, and you haven’t seen or listened to the teens,” he said. “I read an article that led to a student’s death (about parties), you know, and when they leave the party, the car drops. As far as I know … it’s here. It didn’t happen.
