TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The Florida-based ice cream company reminds us of more than 110,000 ice cream bars than Listeria’s concerns.
According to the Food and Drug Administration Authority, Rich’s Ice Cream Company, based in West Palm Beach, recalled 10 products due to possible contamination of the Listeria monocytidal family.
The recall affected lot numbers 24351 to 25156 and began on June 27, the FDA said in a notice.

The following products were affected by recalls:
Chocolate Crunch Cake Bar Strawberry Shortcake Bar Rich Bar Cookie Bar Orange Cream Bar Fudge Frenzy Bar Cotton Candy Bar Bar Sour Blue Raspberry Bar Sour Concherry Bar Cool Water Melon Bar
The product was sold in California, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Georgia, New York, New Jersey, Florida, Texas, Virginia and Arizona.
They were also sold in Nassau, Bahamas.
According to Rich’s Ice Cream website, the product is available in schools and street vending trucks nationwide.
