TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – The National Hurricane Center monitors two systems: the Southwest Atlantic and the Central Tropical Atlantic.
The next day, the NHC said an area of low pressure could form along the remaining frontal boundary near the Bahamas and southern Florida.
Development of this system is expected to slow down as the system moves northwest across the Florida Peninsula towards the Gulf Coast.

According to the NHC, tropical waves are expected to move from African coasts the next day or two.
The waves are expected to interact with another disturbance in the eastern tropical Atlantic Ocean.
The slow development of combined features is possible as the system moves westward west at 15-20 mph, according to NHC.

The chances of formation over the next 7 days are 30%.
