Talk about road trips.

After winning Game 7 in Toronto and reaching the Eastern Conference Finals, the Panthers won the Hurricanes in Raleigh twice, earning an early lead in the 2-0 series.

After a 5-2 win in Game 1, they enjoyed a 5-0 driving in Game 2.

When they try to punch their third straight ticket to the Stanley Cup final, the Panthers go home and try to gain even more close tensions in the Games 3 and 4 series at Sunrise.

In this episode, Doug Plagens and Jameson Olive will co-host how the games 1 and 2 against the Hurricanes unfolded, including Hot Start, Hot Stick and a bit of “Playoff Bob.”

Plus, listen to the post-match sound from Matthew Tkachuk and Carter Verhaeghe.

The highlights are:

The Panthers took a 2-0 lead in the ECF. (1:30) After Game 2, listen to it from Verhaeghe and Tkachuk. (7:30) The Hurricane is about to become physical in Florida. (20:50) Returning home 2-0, the Panthers know that they’re not done with work. (27:45)
