Yes for the ranked selection voting
Desantis’s proposal may end the FLA. Voting Initiative | January 26
When people want to hear with a good idea that Congress doesn’t like it, people should not be exposed to ridiculous obstacles that our governor wants to impose. The ranked selection voting is one of these ideas that the governor does not like. Several municipalities, including Sarasota, explored this idea until Congress stopped it.
In the ranked selection system, voters rank the candidates in the order of preferred. After the first count, if you do not get at least 50 % of the voting, the minimum voting candidates will be eliminated and all of his or her second selection votes will be distributed to the remaining candidates. This lasts until one candidate achieves more than 50 %.
The system saves time and money. Candidates with the strongest overall support win, and the campaign will be more citizen.
All voting machines in Florida can do this now.
The Florida Congress should reverses this issue.

How to kill millions
The Federal Judge will temporarily prevent the Trump administration’s freezing with the subsidy and loan of the federal government | January 28
I am from a tampa, a Uganda resident, and leads Health Access Connect, a non -profit organization that connects remote communities to healthcare. The idea of potentially stopping foreign aid projects is very concerned. USAID partially supports our organization, but at this point I am not worried about our subsidies and are more worried about other programs.
For example, the US President’s AIDS Relief Relief Plan (Pepfar) was established under the George W Bush administration in 2003, saving more than 25 million lives worldwide. It is absolutely important to support the lives of people living with HIV and control virus diffusion and mutation/resistance.
In Uganda, more than 1.5 million people live with HIV, and they all depend on Pep fur to access the drugs that maintain their life. The US government and their partners have established things like this for decades, so there is no private market for antiviral drugs in this country. If Pepfer stops, hundreds of thousands of people will die within a few months and millions may die in a few years. Virus drug -resistant shares overwhelm the United States and the earth. The number of deaths is used in combination with the war between Ukraine and Gaza.
As an American, we need to know that we do not tolerate millions of blood.

Waste of money
Colombia retreats to accept department stores by military plane after Trump’s tariff threats | January 27
Why do you use soldiers to illegally expel people here at several times the cost of private flights? How about wise use of taxpayers’ funds? The previous administrator often used regular tickets to save money.
