Just as allegations of rape and sexual assault on the Alexander brothers continue to swell, so is their connection to South Florida.
Of the 11 women who filed civil suits in New York State Court earlier this week, four of the three brothers who accused two of the rape and sexually assaulted the incident in Miami. I stated. They say everything was drugged without consent. The two claim that they met one of their siblings at restaurants and nightclubs before returning home with him. Another met on a dating app. One of the women claims she was raped in a hotel room.
Twins Oren and Aron Alexander, 37, and their 38-year-old brother Tal filed a civil suit in New York State Court last summer, where the trio use their wealth and connections to seduce them into unpleasant situations and rape them. He filed a civil lawsuit when he allegedly had been done and made headlines when he was raped. And then he sexually assaulted them after slamming them with drugs.
In December, the trio were arrested at a Miami Beach home and charged with numerous state and federal rape and sex trafficking charges. They are currently in jail in New York. Oren and Tar are stars in the world of high-end luxury real estate and took part in the country’s largest home sales. Aron was an executive at the family Kent security business.
The brothers’ lawyers, Joel Denaro and Edward O’Donnell IV, denied the allegations in the lawsuit filed this week, saying there was an intimate relationship that was “consensual.” The attorney said personal injury lawyers run a sophisticated “hidden” social media campaign that recruits women to file lawsuits against women who are “working with Alexander.”
“We now know why and how these girls didn’t come from anywhere at the same time as PI (personal injury) lawyers.
Law firms and legal aid groups place ads on Instagram and other social media sites to seek the potential victims of the Alexander brothers. Nowadays, it is a fairly common practice in large-scale, famous sexual offences and other cases. This is how Andrew Van Arsdale, of San Diego-based AVA Law Group, who filed the lawsuit Tuesday, attracted clients.
Van Alsdale said the woman who filed 11 recent cases was vetted by more than 100 people who contacted his company. And he said he hopes more cases will be filed as New York’s case restrictions laws approach. The cut-off date for billing in New York is February 28th.
“We’ve had inquiries for several months and we’re going to back it up. We must be able to effectively believe and prove that these things happened,” he said.
Van Alsdale also said his office would contact prosecutors in New York and urge any of his clients to testify in a criminal trial involving the Alexander brothers. He also said police reports, including the woman who came forward, could not be recovered, despite the lawyers claiming they had approached law enforcement.

I’m waiting for trial at Brooklyn Prison
The brothers await criminal trial at Brooklyn Federal Prison. The family, who have accumulated wealth through real estate and security companies over the years, have pledged tens of millions of dollars in assets for bonds, but judges in Miami and New York have denied the demand.
In some criminal cases, the Alexander Brothers transported women across state boundaries, even abroad, investigators say. And in many cases, court records show that women were taken medicine before being raped.
Only Oren and Tal were named in 11 new civil cases. However, federal agents say 60 more women have moved forward with credible accusations since their arrest in December, with new criminal charges likely to be added.
The application on Tuesday brings the total number of 17 accusing siblings of sexually assaulted by New York and Miami civil court applications. The recent 11 lawsuits say were held in New York, Moscow and Miami between 2011 and 2018. The list of cases increased also includes a list filed in the Miami-Dade Circuit Court in January.
The incident at the Miami Beach home in Oren says the new suit
A woman with initials ES submitted a Miami-Dade suit. She says Tal sexually assaulted her on Flamingo Drive in Oren in Miami Beach after a dinner in January 2021. A woman who said she was visiting from New York said that after dinner Tal followed her around her insisting she would tour her 10,271 square feet, 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms Out of the house.
When she finally agreed to the tour, Es said that Taru had pinned her to the guest room and attempted to sexually assault her. She says that after Tal says he’s been through her period, he can escape and he leans back to look. ES requested a ju trial.
Tull’s lawyer Deanna Paul said her client is a simple target for accusers considering “made up the story” for financial gain.
“The federal court has already dismissed claims under this law because time is prohibited. This transparent attempt at cashgrab has failed, and these frivolous cases have been filed before the law expires. We expect the lawsuit will also be dismissed,” Paul said in a statement.
Paul mentioned the lawsuit filed last year by Angelica Parker, where Tal and Aron Alexander said they raped her in a Manhattan apartment in 2012, as her brother Oren sees. US District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan for the Southern District of New York last month threw a complaint last month, saying that rape had to be filed to meet restrictions laws since 2017 and continue civil lawsuits.
Arrests make international headlines
The arrest of the Alexander brothers in December made international headlines. Oren and Tal were luxury real estate moguls that often appeared in New York tabloids and praised some of the nation’s biggest residential real estate transactions, from Manhattan to Miami. Aron was an executive at Kent Security, founded by his family more than 30 years ago.
My brother’s friend was also caught up in the bust of a sex crime. The 39-year-old Ohad Fisherman had to shorten his honeymoon in Japan and return to Miami to face a single sexual battery by multiple assailants. Fisherman’s arrest report states that on the Great Ve date of 2016, he used his knee to pin the woman to the bed when Oren and Aron raped her. Fishermen were able to form bonds from prison.
Shortly after being charged with three Miami Beach rape cases in state court, federal agents gained custody of their brothers and took him to the same federal prison in Brooklyn. If convicted, the Alexander brothers could spend the rest of their lives in prison.
The recently filed civil lawsuit was first reported by The New York Times.
Rape Center Miami claims
The first of the four accusations in the Miami case was reportedly in 2011. A woman identified as Jane Doe met her brother while partying with her friends and agreed to return to the hotel suite. joint.
The woman says they went upstairs and after drinking a drink from the minibar she quickly lost consciousness. She says in her complaint she recalls the forced restraint while Taru and Oren took turns raping her. She claims she woke up alone in her hotel room the next morning, and all her belongings are missing.
Another complaint accuses Oren Alexander of raping a woman he met on a dating app after picking her up at a hotel in 2015. I ordered a margarita. A few minutes later she became “confused, dizzy, weak.”
The lawsuit says the woman has returned to her apartment in Oren. There, I saw a man watching what appeared to be running around. The woman said she was taken to Oren’s bedroom.
In the third civil lawsuit with Miami Connection, a woman named Jane Doe also met three brothers at the Miami Nightclub in 2017 and agreed to return home. After drinking her drink, she turned black. However, she said she felt “groping” up and down her clothes and woke up “intermittently” and found herself raped.
The latest Miami rape claim in a new batch of civil lawsuits is a woman named Leah Peters who said she agreed to go to a house party in a “luxurious” home with a friend on March 28, 2018 It’s from. The lawsuit did not say who the house belonged to. But it said she agreed to have Oren Alexander give her a tour of the house and he led her to the bedroom.
Once inside the bedroom, Peters says Oren has undressed and raped her against her will, Suit says. She says Oren forced her to take a shower with him, then escorted her to the party “as if nothing had happened.”
