The only staple course at Bruno Fonseca’s Foreigner Restaurant, Black Egg acts as a mood setter.
It is made up of potatoes and turnip mousse, and oysters are parasitized there. There’s lemon. And the brown butter falls apart. And the top: the mountain of Ocetra Caviar.
“Potatoes are a great canvas in any dish,” says Fonseca. “As long as you’re kind to them, they’ll take care of you.”
Everything I had and drank at a 10-course dinner at a foreign restaurant
I agree. But I also often found them to me that they were pretty good for me, even when someone chopped it, thrown it into a fryer and literally thrown it into a basket with salt.
Fonseca Chuckles.
“They are very moldable. Meat, fluffy, creamy, plain, cheap, roasted…”
Certainly, this is why we acknowledge their greatness, whether fried or fine, at the end of what is considered the moon of national potato lovers.
Fonseca’s black eggs are exquisite bites and are useful in setting the stage for Confiance Dinner’s delight.

How else does the chef use it? Let’s check it out.

Burger Joan
The burger may be the extraordinary “Joan” in this trailer, but don’t miss out on the fries that are perfect for these photos (and also entertain the palate).
“When it comes to the overall overall experience, whether it’s visuals, flavors, textures, etc., there’s always a need for a way to cleanse the palate,” says Michael DiBattista of Berger Joan. “For burgers, it’s very flavorless. There’s a sauce. And it may not have a crunch element. This is one of the reasons why these crispy fries are so satisfying.”
Burger Jones fries are not playing. The outside is crispy and creamy – almost whipped like mashed potatoes – they are fried and show great honor to the potatoes made.
This humble trailer appears all over town at least once a week, so follow us on social media to see where:
“The menu rotates,” says Di Battista. But always: Fried. ”

Smoked Maid Meat + Meal
Brisket, sausages, turkeys and other proteins are obvious stars of Smokemade Meats + Eats, but the BBQ benefits from the complementary cool crispness provided by its finest accompaniment. Here, potato salad is also available.
“It’s been a fan favorite since the pop-up days,” says Tyler Brunatch of Smokemaid Pitmaster in Thief. “The fresh and creamy dill potato salad is the perfect combination with the fatty slices of brisket.”
No lies are detected.

Joe’s Holy Smoke BBQ
Baked potatoes for $18-20? ! Sounds crazy…! Until Joe “Kool” Hollis is seeing the overloaded mud potatoes he offers in his new brick-and-mortar store.
Along with a heap of sour cream, Colby Jack cheese, bacon bits and chives, the protein of choice (pulled pork, shrimp, barbecue chicken, steak) is overloaded.
Joe’s Holy Smoke BBQ will open its brick and mortar location this weekend
“Tell me this is two potatoes,” I look to Hollis and his sister Valerie to a photo of the overloaded pulled pork potatoes they smeared with text.
“It’s a two-pound potato,” Valerie shoots. “It’s how big it is. It’s ‘Mad!”
The price depends on the protein you choose and incredibly, you can double the meat if you want.
“I don’t know why these potatoes are so mad,” Hollis jokes. “We didn’t do anything to them.”
However, you can. When you visit.

Black Magic Pizza
Putin’s origins are clearly quebecoa.
Northern neighbors enjoy the dish, a pile of fresh cut fries topped with cheese curds and gravy, both as an appetizer and a complete meal.
Although BMP’s dark conjurer could not comment on the press, it can be assumed that he appreciates the effects of pizza and French fry dynamics on double carbohydrates. It may not be a coincidence that their humble front post base is attached to one of the tried and true diving bars in the milk district. What’s the best way to mop up than a combination of a wonderfully burnt pizza crust and a gravy smart spud killer?
Take off, yeah. (And get some.)
