TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) – Greg Kehoe, a US lawyer for the Central District of Florida, announced a charge against an Orlando man on Friday for threatening law enforcement officials.

The suspect, 58-year-old Salvatore Rasto, has been accused of blackmailing a US lawyer for Alina Haba, New Jersey, in May over X.

Kehoe said on May 19th that Russotto made a series of posts threatening Habba. This stated, “We will eliminate Habba. 86 traitors. The death penalty of all traitors” and “I hope to die a painful death.”

Officials were unable to speak about what Rostow urged them to make a post, but they were posted the same day they announced charges against New Jersey Democrat Rep. Ramonica McQuiver, accusing federal agents of assaulting them outside the ice detention center in Newark.

Rusto is accused of injuring and killing the victim and threatening to retaliate against federal law enforcement officials with threats. The charges will punish a maximum of 10 years in federal prison.
