Free agency is still in full swing, and less than a month after the NFL Draft, NFL owners, head coaches and front office executives headed to the Palm Beach breakers for a meeting of the league’s annual owners.

The NFL’s PowerBrokers are where you can vote for changes to the proposed rules, including the ban on “Tush Push” play, which was famous by the Philadelphia Eagles.
ESPN reports that the NFL competition committee has support to ban plays. To become official, 24 of the 32 teams must vote to ban “Tush Push.”
Jason Licht, general manager of Bucs, didn’t feel much of a strong sense of the issue. However, he quickly mentioned how the Bucs were one of the few teams from last season and would stop playing.
Other Rule Change Proposals This week, the league’s vote includes bringing postseason overtime rules into the regular season and eliminating automatic first-downs for defensive holdings with record-based playoff seeds instead of automatically placing division winners in top-four spots.
