It is expanding further with 66,000 square feet of luxury retail space as Central Florida’s definitive luxury retail hub. The development greatly enhances the impressive footprint of the mall, which exceeds 1.1 million square feet, and is poised to enhance the shopping experience for both locals and visitors.
The expansion will introduce renovations to eight new luxury brands and six existing stores, enhancing the mall’s reputation as a fashion forward and trendset destination. The initiative highlights the commitment of Forbes Company and Taubman Company to attract exclusive retailers and redefine the local shopping landscape.
Recent additions include internationally acclaimed labels such as Balenciaga, Gorjana and Tecovas. Each offers a unique line ranging from avant-garde fashion to artisanal jewels and handmade western shoes. This shows a fresh, diverse, luxurious portfolio designed to accommodate evolving style preferences and expand the mall’s appeal.
Along with the opening of the new store, several existing boutiques have been modernised. Notable brands like Aritzia, Gucci and Louis Vuitton have expanded their space to offer improved experiences and an immersive brand environment. Additionally, Aldo, Tory Burch, and David Yurman have been relocated and renovated to enhance their layout and design. Popular brands such as American Eagle are also refreshing their presence.
Transformation is not limited to fashion. New lifestyle and experiential destinations such as Alo Yoga, Marc Jacobs and Gourmet Rosetta Bakery have recently opened or are set to open soon, expanding the mall’s products, including wellness apparel, contemporary designs and artisanal dining. Ferragamo also moved to the best locations with a refreshing layout.
