Jensen Beach, Fla. (WFLA) — A man with a distinctive horned tattooed on his face was arrested Wednesday morning after a homeowner caught him hiding in a complicated morning.
Earlier this morning, the homeowner was N. I noticed a man moving from door to door in an apartment in EastOcean Blvd. At Jensen Beach.

Witnesses call 911, describing the suspect as a white man with a tattoo on his face, carrying a large bag.
The Martin County Sheriff’s Office was walking through the area after finding the suspect identified as 46-year-old Jonathan Richards.
Richards was arrested and charged with attempted robbery of two counts attempted occupation, possession of robbery tools, and arrests for violence, and violation of sex offender registration.
The two bags he carried and caught have not been retrieved. However, authorities believe it may contain stolen property.
