On Wednesday, authorities found Genero Losity, 30. This time, he was wearing pants inside the surrounded lanai.
Losity was arrested and was determined to have been arrested in Lee County District 3 in November. In 2017, he was convicted of indecent revelations in Montana, the sheriff’s office said.
“Pine Island Cove residents went even further to assist our deputies in catching this naked creep,” Sheriff Carmino Marceno said. “We’ll work with the State Attorney’s Office to ensure that Rosciti receives the toughest penalty. We’ll do whatever it takes to get him out of Lee County.”
He faces charges of robbery, criminal mischief, batteries, resistance to non-violent officers, possession of drugs, drug-related equipment and violations.
The violation of Losity’s probation case first opened on November 16th and resumed on Thursday after the arrest, court records show.
