Walt Disney World has released details of the new villain show that became slots to arrive at Disney’s Hollywood Studios next month, including Magic Mirror, a new song in which the characters from “Snow White, Seven Dwarf” performed as the “fairest of all” barometer.
“Disney Villain: Unfair Ever After” will debut on May 27th at the theme park.
“This show is groundbreaking,” music producer Doug Morris said in a promotional video posted on the official Disney Parks blog Thursday morning.
The footage includes studio musicians and samples from the recording session, as well as reflex lyrics for “What You See and What You Get.”
“It’s a bit of rock and roll, orchestra and classic gothic score. It’s fun from start to finish,” conductor Roger Butterley said.
Disney shows three on-stage characters backlit in the effect of color-adjusted fog: Captain Hook, Cruela Devil and Maleficent. Disney said it could give you a glimpse into other infamous characters.
“We wanted to tell a story a little different to what was told before. Which of these has been treated the most unfairly,” said show director Mark Renflow.
The new villain show will be performed at Sunset Showcase, a building near Rock’n” roller coaster that housed “Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy” until October 2024. The space will be replaced by a bench used for the Lightning McQueen Show, featuring animatronics and video.

The “Unfair Ever After” debut coincides with the first show of “The Little Mermaid: Musical Adventure” near the animated courtyard at Hollywood Studios.
The show is part of a wave of company villains. The Disney Destiny Cruise ship, which debuted in November, has a hero and villain theme, and the full villain land of Magic Kingdom theme park has been announced.
