ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) – Civil rights lawyer Ben Crump will hold a press conference Monday to oppose the resumption of the roller coaster in the epic universe that died after the man rode.

Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, 32, was found to not respond after riding a Stardust Racer roller coaster on September 17th. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was later declared dead.
According to NBC’s affiliate WESH, about two weeks after the incident occurred, Epic Universe announced it was reopening its ride after the reviews were found to be working correctly.
