Orange County, Fla. (WFLA) – A Lamborghini driver has been arrested after saying he shot another driver in a road rage incident on a Florida highway.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office said deputies were called to services in Lake Turkey
Plaza along the Florida Turnpike Monday morning after a driver reported that the car was shot in a road rage incident.
The man noticed that the red Lamborghini was driving recklessly, checked multiple people and when he noticed that he was driving to work.

As the victim approached exit 272, he said he would drive towards the far left lane next to the Lamborghini driver and raise his middle finger.
The victim told deputies that the Lamborghini driver pulled out a black handgun and pointed it at him. He said the Lamborghini driver temporarily slowed down and then pointed the handgun again.
After a while, the victim heard him loudly and said he realized his car had been shot.
He told the deputy he had left the highway and the Lamborghini driver speeded.
According to arrest reports, the victim said he called 911 because he was “fearing his life and believed that the suspect might shoot him again.”
Lawmakers said the bullet was found staying inside the central console, shattering the windows of passengers in the car. The man was not injured.
Almost an hour later, the sheriff’s office said it received another call about the Road Rage incident.
The suspect, identified as Eduardo Silva, told deputies he shot the victim because he was “fearing about his life,” the arrest report said.
A gun was found in his car and placed in evidence.
Silva was arrested and charged with assault aggravated with firearms and criminal mischief. He was taken to the Orange County Jail.
