ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) – Some lawmakers and scientists have expressed concern as Federal Efficiency (DOGE) works on-site at NASA in central Florida.

“I am deeply concerned about the cuts that come to NASA, especially in Cape Canaveral,” Rep. Darren Soto told NBC affiliate Wesh. Some of the employees are new employees, while others have been recently re-employed or are contractors. ”
