MIAMI BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) – A Jewish man reportedly has been arrested for shooting and killing an Israeli father and son 17 times, whom he believed to be Palestinian.
Filming occurred in Miami Beach around 9:30pm on Saturday, according to NBC affiliate WTVJ.
Florida’s father lost his arrest of four-year-old and his mother is dead.
WTVJ has identified the suspect as 27-year-old Mordechai Brafman. He allegedly told police he was driving a truck when he “sees two Palestinians and shot and killed both.”
An arrest report by the outlet said surveillance video filmed Brahman’s vehicle moving south down Pine Road before making a U-turn on 48th Avenue, where two victims were stopped at the vehicle.
When Brahman passed by and stopped in front of them, he got out of the car and began shooting.

Both victims were struck by gunfire after Brahman fired 17 shots at the vehicle. Reports show that one victim was shot dead in his left shoulder and another victim was shot dead in his left shoulder.
The victim was later filmed on surveillance video of the condo building and was given help after filming. One man appeared to have blood in his white shirt.
Brahman was arrested on two counts of attempted second-degree murder, according to court records.
