Madame Tussauds Orlando will soon be adding a wax figure of actor Jeff Goldblum, who will reprise his role as the wizard in Wicked: For Good.
Goldblum met the figure in New York before it was shipped to central Florida. He is wearing a black leather jacket, the actor’s trademark glasses and a replica Cartier tank watch.
“It’s spectacular,” Goldblum said in a video of the encounter provided by Tussauds. “Of course, I’m humbled and honored,” he says, praising the statue’s amount of stubble and well-flossed teeth. He started singing a song called “Me and My Shadow.”

During a late-night talk show appearance in August 2024, Goldblum hinted at the possibility of wax figures in space.
“When I was a guest host on Jimmy Kimmel, I said, ‘Hey, why don’t I have a wax figure?’ — something like that — and I think the wonderful people at the great Madame Tussauds reached out and said, ‘If you’re serious about it, why don’t you pose for it?'” Goldblum said.
Goldblum worked with artists at Madame Tussauds to select costumes, poses, and establish an interactive experience that expressed his personality. (Tussauds has hinted that it will be a “Green Room”-inspired experience.)

“This figurine allows guests to get up close and personal with the icon, providing a unique moment that is as fun and unforgettable as Jeff himself,” Madame Tussauds Orlando general manager Paul Gould said in a news release.
More than 20 Tussauds experts were involved in the creation of the figure, which took a year to create. He will be installed at Madame Tussauds Orlando at Icon Park on International Drive in December.
“It’s surreal, it’s amazing, it’s amazing,” Goldblum said.
