Get ready for Winter Garden and Winter Garden as Jam Hot Chicken announces its expansion to Plant Street Market.
It’s a thrilling move for Andrew Scala, who grew up in the west of Orlando.
“It’s like going home for me,” he said. He is a longtime fan of both the market and both a solid pour of Crooked Can Brewing Company, which could potentially ticket in response to the influx of Scoville.

Scala and his team are moving to a cozy boundary that has been vacant recently by Hunger Street Tacos, but are used to shut down the quarter after years of sandwiches and bids at winter park locations.
“It’s relatively similar to the space we’re in now… so we’re not biting any more than we can bite. We’re used to this style of space and service.”
Fans can expect all the jam hot classics, including sandwiches, tenders, fries and the popular sixth wrap, but Scala says it has some street monopolies of new ideas to be announced and plants.
“We’re partnering with Crooked Can is a dream come true,” Scala says. “I love the product and what it represents. They work with local favorites and other businesses, just like us.”

Scala, who has worked with other entrepreneurs in so many such collaborations, loves the fresh ideas they produce and appears to bring that energy to the Winter Garden area.
“Not everything needs to be on the east side of town, so I look forward to bringing love to the West Side.”
