VERO BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) — Florida Attorney General James Usmier said his office is launching an investigation into a “sexual performance promoted by children” that took place in Vero Beach last month.
Uthmeier has issued a subpoena to Linda Moore, vice mayor of Vero Beach and owner of Kilted Mermaid, beer and wine bar.

On June 29th, the bar held a “Pridety Dance,” featuring drug performances and other entertainment.
Uthmeier said there was evidence during the event that “sexual adult performers reveal their outfits and burlesque outfits while interacting with children.”
The subpoena asks Moore to provide:
