Beer is a universal language, but at LA Cart, where craft beer is a showcase alongside multiple local food providers, it is seriously fluent. And it seems like they’ll have a sweet event this year that matches International Beer Day (August 1)
Kicked off at a location in the Milk District on Friday, Sourfest presents this wonderfully diverse and unique style that brewers all over the world are craving.
“It really talks to you on the holidays,” says Dustin Williams of A LA Kurt. “From a truly sour beer that tastes like a cup cake, you’ll be tasting that range into a cup. We’ll cover that range for a month.”

Kick-off, collaboration with local favorite tactical brewing. It releases several new products in both carts and its own Baldwin Park taproom (see below).
The carnival atmosphere features games and prizes as the weekend celebrations focus on different sour specialty breweries.

There are a few more celebrations. Read the choices before deciding where to get mad.

Bowigens Beer Company
