WASHINGTON, DC – Today, Florida State Assemblyman Collie Mills (R) introduced citizenship for alien invaders. If established, it prohibits immigration of nationality. Co-hosts on the bill include Anna Paulina Luna, a Florida Republican from Sunshine State’s 13th Congressional District, as well as fellow Rep. Josh Bretzin (OK-02) and Andy Harris (MD-01).
“We have seen more than 10 million encounters at our border under the Biden administration, a crisis exacerbated by a reckless catch-and-release policy that allowed criminals who broke our laws to stay in the United States,” Mills said in an official statement. “President Trump has made it clear that anyone trying to illegally undermine, exploit or bypass the immigration system is a criminal. The citizenship of foreign invaders ensures that these criminals are not given our citizenship, Rep. Corey Mills said.
“America is a country of law, and if we allow them to destroy those laws by illegal aliens who have no constitutional rights here in the first place, we will stop becoming a state. The citizenship of alien invaders prevents illegal aliens from reviving our laws after they destroy their citizenship,” said Rep. Josh Bretzin (OK-02).
The bill comes two days after Mills introduced HR 2337. This prohibits the automatic right to enter the National Territory (parent) Act. The bill is co-existed by Rep. Andy Harris (MD-01).
