Gov. Ron DeSantis directed Florida law enforcement agencies to develop additional agreements with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) regarding state immigration enforcement.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE), the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Committee (FWC), and the Florida State Guard may sign contracts for training from ICE under the 287(g) program and carry out immigration enforcement. Masu.
