Mother’s Day is May 11th, and we present a day dedicated to expressing gratitude and love to mothers, grandmothers and other mother figures. It’s a day often filled with family time, gifts, delicious food and great company.

Graham’s U Pick Peaches offers Mother’s Day weekend on a farm featuring peaches, blackberries and sunflowers. Mother receives a free gift. Additionally, families can find local food and crafts. All baby shower mothers are holding events for adults only at Orlando Science Center and hosting events for new parents. Evening events provide resources, support and education from brands focused on experts, peers and parents. The event will take place on May 9th from 6 to 9pm at 777 E. Princeton St. in Orlando. Kissimmee Formosa Winery offers a Mother’s Day weekend Charcuterie workshop. Join Creative Kitchen and learn how to become a Charcuterie Pro. The event, May 10th, from 2-4pm, includes all the equipment to create a stunning charcoal grill board, as well as expert tips for $50 (pre-tax) per person. The Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour, which has hosted guests since 1938, hosts pontoon tours on the lake chain (at hours) from 10am to 4pm each year, except for Christmas. You can treat Mama on the water for an hour, offering views of cypress trees, tropical vegetation, fun facts and local history. Leu Gardens is a popular place for Orlando families to spend time outdoors. It’s a popular place, especially for moms who have green thumbs or appreciate beautiful plants. Moms can enter for free on a special day on May 11th. Admission for other guests is $15 for adults and $10 for children aged 4-17. Children under the age of 4 and active duty military forces will be admitted free of charge. Wandering through the 50-acre space, you can see roses, caradium, Poinciana, crepe miletor and more. The Orange County Regional History Center is free for mothers and all caregivers on Mother’s Day. Local educational experience extends the offer to grandma or others who play an important compassionate role. Use it on 65 E. Central Blvd from noon to 5pm on May 11th. In Orlando.
