David Brian Pierce was also found guilty of rape and other sexual assault on seven other women between 2007 and 2021.
42-year-old David Brian Pierce died of overdose in November 2021 by architect 24-year-old fentanyl model and first-degree murder of avid actress Christy Giles at age 24 in November 2021. He was found guilty.
Piercing’s roommate and co-defendant Blunt Walter Osborne, 45, was also charged with two accessories after the fact. Ju umpire was stuck on accusations against Osborne. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Eleanor J. Hunter declared a misconception about his two charges.
The ju judge deliberated more than two days before finding Pierce’s guilty.
Prosecutors told the ju judge that Pierce met two women on November 13, 2021 at a rave outside of business hours in downtown Los Angeles, and took them to his apartment, saying, “He was “Nobody wanted to leave,” he said, “Nobody wanted to leave.” Give them medicine to promote sexual assault. โ
Instead of calling 911, Pierce and Osborne allegedly took the woman to two separate hospitals.
Giles and Cabrales-Arzola were taken to a hospital about two hours away. Giles was dead when she arrived at Southern California Hospital in Culver City. Her friend lived in a critical state outside Kaiser Perman West Los Angeles Hospital, taking life support from her family later that month, a day before her 27th birthday.
In testimony last week, Pierce denied giving women drugs, refused to sexually assault seven women, and rejected five other women who also testified against him.
Pierce’s defense attorney told the ju judge there was no evidence that Pierce had drugs in his home.

According to City News Service, Assistant Prosecutor Catherine Mariano told the ju umpire they were “sexual predators” and if two women were not taking medicine and were sexually assaulted, the two of them said. The woman said there was no reason why DNA was discovered.
Pierce’s lawyer Jeff Vol told reporters that the verdict “is honestly not surprising given the overwhelming amount of evidence of crime,” but he was stuck with the jury’s number of murders. He said he thought it was.
“To believe David Pierce is about to kill Hilda and Christie, you’ll have to believe he was going to kill him (primary prosecutor’s witness) Michael Ansbach had no reason or evidence. …Because they all got sick with fentanyl – all of them, unfortunately, two people passed,” Voll said.
Voll told reporters that his client’s testimony in his own defense “didn’t help.”
He said he doesn’t expect his client to leave prison, but he added that he expects his client to hire another lawyer and file a new trial motion.
Giles’ mother, Dusty, told reporters he was proud of the prosecutor and the Los Angeles Police Department detective. The family, according to their mother, investigated the case by appealing not to control the death as an accidental overdose.
“I hope that the man who killed my daughter will leave forever,” she said.
The victim’s death was investigated as murder by the Los Angeles County Medical Examination Office. According to the department, the office discovered multiple drugs in both victim systems.
Pierce’s ruling is set for March 13th. He faces 148 years of life in a state prison, according to the District Attorney’s Office.
The Osborne trial hearing is set for the same day.
