
Former Cocoa police officers were sentenced to seven years on Monday as part of the judicial transaction that was taken away two years ago after armed with the enforcement agency. 42 -year -old Patrick Kelly was convicted of domestic violence, was invited by firearms, resisted arrest for violence, and heard on Monday in front of Charles Crawford Judge in Viela Justice Center. After the meeting, I spent seven years in prison.
In December 2022, after reporting that the Cocoa police officer of the Braberd County Office reported that Kelly had threatened her with a firearm and experienced an “emotional crisis”, in December 2022. I responded to Kelly’s house in Viera in Viera.

During the negotiations with the BCSO SWAT team, Kelly finally surrendered after firing multiple rounds in the house. Nobody was injured by the exchange.
As part of his judicial transaction, Kelly works in a state prison for seven years and will be observed for two years and another six -year care.
