Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and the GOP Run state legislature have passed laws that will impose harsh penalties on people committing felony.

FBI crime data dating back to 2023 shows that Florida has the 10th lowest total crime rate on FBI crime data when it comes to family safety.

FBI breakdowns consider crimes against people, property and society and identify which states have the highest total crime rate

Florida’s crime rate is 24% below the US average.

Florida recorded the ninth lowest total crime rate against property. This includes events of theft, theft, destruction, damage, or vandalism.

New research has identified the most dangerous states for buying and calming property.

The Eden Emerald Buyers Agent is one of many real estate companies using FBI data that can help clients looking to buy a home in a specific location.

The top two states with the lowest total crime rate.

Maine is the safest state to settle, and has recorded the lowest total crime rate. It’s 39% below the US average.

Hawaii has the second lowest total crime rate, 38% lower than the US average.

One real estate agent told Florida every day that real estate agents must be careful about certain laws that could prevent them from disclosing information about crime rates or expressing their opinions on the safety of their neighborhoods, but clients need to understand that the impact of crime on property value remains important for both real estate agents and buyers.

Real estate analysts point out that having access to crime data published by the FBI and other law enforcement agencies will help potential buyers when purchasing property, and if crime rates are high in certain areas, this will affect the value of assets and allow buyers to take advantage of negotiations.
