The 69-year-old Alton Winters cicada driver switched lanes to attack a female driver, pushing him down the highway into the pond.
Witnesses told authorities that the impact of the collision caused the female vehicle to flow down the road. Winters slowed down temporarily, but went out to a local produce company.
