ALTA MONTE SPRINGS, Fla. (WFLA) — An interstate 4 driver recorded for driving 155 mph on the Florida Highway was arrested early Sunday, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
The Troopers told NBC’s affiliate WESH, which is implementing fixed radar speeds on I-4 in Altamonte Springs before 1am, when the 20-year-old Octavius hunt passed by on a very fast, white Dodge Challenger.

According to arrest reports, the Hunt was 155 mph in the 60 mph zone and 95 mph per hour at the assigned speed limit.
Hunt told the Troopers he thought he would only go 80 mph, the report said.

Hunt was arrested, his car was locked up for 30 days, FHP posted to X.
Law enforcement said Hunt had three passengers in his car.
“It’s dangerous and criminal to risk your life to impress others,” FHP said in the post.
