ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) — Volcia County men can buy all their properties after winning $2 million in an exclusive secret safe scratch-off game.
According to the Florida lottery, the $10 ticket was purchased by 50-year-old Bryan Hyers Holly Hill from the speedway at 1102 West Grenada Boulevard in Ormond Beach.
