Port Orange, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida man has requested a top prize of $15 million from a scratch-off ticket he purchased at a gas station in Wawa.
According to the Florida lottery, the $15,000,000 Gold Rush Multiplier ticket comes from Port Orange Wawa, located at 1031 Dunlawton Avenue.

John Eitchinger Jr., 53, of Port Orange, claimed his prize as a one-off, one-off payment of $8,968,000. Retailers who sell tickets will receive a $30,000 bonus committee.
The $30 scratch-off ticket comes with four top prizes for $15 million, with six prizes for $1 million. In total, the game offers about $490 million in cash prizes and odds of 2.6-in-2.6.
Since its establishment, Florida Lottery Scratch-off Game has awarded more than $65.6 billion in awards and has generated nearly $20 million in the Education Enhancement Trust Fund.
