Florida man charged in Capitol riot arrested again, day after Trump pardons

A Florida man facing criminal charges for assaulting a police officer during the January 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol has been remanded in custody, just one day after being pardoned by President Donald Trump. did.

Daniel Charles Ball, 39, was arrested Wednesday on gun charges, according to Spectrum Bay News 9 in Tampa.
