DANIA BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) — The Broward County Human Association is looking for a man who allegedly plunged into a kennel and stole a 10-week-old puppy.
According to the Humane Society, theft took place on September 12th.
The shelter released surveillance video from that day. There you can see the man climbing into the kennel before climbing and leaving the building.
The Humane Society said the man rode a bike with a puppy named Pebbles in his backpack.
Pebble recently returned to the shelter from her foster home. There they said she was receiving medical care for tinea and parasites.
The puppy is microchipped. This means that the shelter can track her down, but only if she is taken to a vet or facility.
Following the theft, anyone with a large backpack is no longer permitted to enter the shelter.
People who have information about who took Peeblebull, or where the puppy is located, should contact local authorities.
