In an analysis conducted by personal injury lawyers, PCs calculated annual averages for each state over four years (2020-2023) of Medical Malfunction Payment Report (MMPR) from Health Resources and Services Management (HRSA). An agency of the US Department of Health and Human Services.
At the top of the list of the worst medical practices in the country was New Mexico.
