Orange City, Fla. (WFLA) – A Volusia County business owner was arrested Thursday for buying and selling human bones in the Facebook market.
According to NBC affiliate WESH, Orange City Police received words in December 2023 that 52-year-old Kymberlee Schopper was promoting various human bones through Wicked Wonderland, 2461 N. Volusia Ave.
Orange City Police told reporters that during the investigation it discovered six human remains listed on the website for business, including human ribs, human collarbone, shoulder blades, human vertebrae, two human skull fragments, and partial human skulls.
The Orange County detective spoke with the co-owner of Wicked Wonderland.
