TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Florida Attorney General James Usmeyer announced developments in two child exploitation cases involving suspects charged with possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), according to the Attorney General’s Office.
Authorities announced that Devon Hart, 20, of Leesburg, was rearrested on additional charges after investigators discovered more illegal materials during the ongoing investigation. Hart currently faces 11 charges for possession of child pornography.
The investigation began on January 23, 2026, after receiving information from the National Center on Missing and Exploited Children indicating that Hart allegedly shared CSAM online. Florida Department of Law Enforcement agents executed a search warrant at Hart’s residence on January 30, 2026, and initially arrested him on suspicion of possessing child pornography.
Investigators said Fuato later admitted in a Miranda interview that he had the materials in his possession. Officials said forensic analysis uncovered 10 more files, resulting in 10 more possession charges.
Investigators also reported finding concerning communications on Fuato’s TikTok account. Officials said portions of the investigation are still ongoing and could lead to additional charges.

Hart is currently being held in the Lake County Jail on $100,000 bail. If convicted on all charges, he could be sentenced to up to 165 years in prison. The case will be prosecuted by the Statewide Attorney’s Office for Florida’s Fifth Judicial Circuit.
In a separate case, Michael Ambrosio, 52, of New Port Richey, was sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple charges related to possession and distribution of CSAM.
Authorities said Mr. Ambrosio’s IP address was identified on October 18, 2023, during an undercover internet investigation conducted by FDLE targeting individuals who use peer-to-peer software to distribute illegal content involving children.
FDLE officers executed a search warrant at Mr. Ambrosio’s residence on January 17, 2024, and Mr. Ambrosio was arrested there. Investigators said they found 15 files on Ambrosio’s desktop computer containing graphic images and videos depicting the sexual abuse of young children.
On February 13, 2026, Ambrosio entered public pleas to 15 charges of possession of child pornography and one charge of possession for promotional purposes. A judge sentenced him to 25 years in the Florida Department of Corrections.
This case was prosecuted by the Statewide Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Circuit of Florida.
Since Usmeyer took office in February 2025, prosecutors’ offices across the state have been involved in more than 1,400 arrests of suspected child predators and participated in more than 1,500 investigations related to child exploitation, according to the Attorney General’s Office.
Law enforcement officials said investigations into the online exploitation of children continue across the state.
