ORLANDO, Fla. (WFLA) – The family of Kevin Rodriguez Zavala, an epic universe park visitor who died after riding a Stardust Racer roller coaster, is looking for answers.
Attorney Ben Crump, a civil rights and personal injury lawyer who helps better protect the rights of marginalized citizens, was hired by his family.
Attorney Ben Crump will be providing the latest updates on the death of Kevin Rodriguez Zabara in Orlando on Wednesday.

According to an Orange County medical inspector, 32-year-old Rodriguez Zabara lost consciousness and later died in hospital after being injured multiple blunt forces.
The Zavala family of Rodriguez is seeking full transparency to understand the circumstances surrounding his death, including the release of maintenance logs, inspection records, ride data and video footage, the law firm announced.
Attorney Crump issued the following statement:
“This tragic loss calls for thorough investigation and full transparency. A man died after boarding a ride that should be safe. We fight to explain and fight all responsible parties to ensure that Kevin’s family receives the answers and justice they deserve.”
A statement from Universal Studios said a guest, later identified as Rodriguez Zabara, was found to be unresponsive after riding a roller coaster and was taken to a nearby hospital where he later died.
