ROXA Hatchee, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida man has been accused of communicating with the accused mass shooter in 2024 at a Wisconsin school in several different locations.

The 18-page document also details the large 15-year-old Wisconsin shooter Natalie Samantha Lupnow, the manifesto and a massive shooting plan. On December 17, 2024, the tragedy killed a teacher and a student and injured six others, Lupnot turned the gun himself.
Officials said Allen and Lupneau had spoken about Tiktok before the shooting at a Wisconsin school. Messages sent to Allen by Rupnow included statements such as “I wanted to do a black church near me” and “There was no hope for humanity.”
Allen’s message to Rupnow refers to “I got an AR500 steel plant with a Level 4 helmet and an IFAK kit, but my loadout is set for war,” referring to his armor or bulletproof vest and helmet. Allen also detailed the number of guns, tactical equipment, and the thousands of rounds of ammunition he had.

“I got seven places. I attacked the police department. There are also gorilla tactics, ambush and blitz,” he added. “Once you reach the point, you won’t be back.”
In another exchange between Allen and Lupnow, Allen tells her, “We’ll get off together,” before she says she loves her. Rupnow replied, “I love you more.”

A video posted to Allen’s Instagram account showed him inside Ford Crown Victoria, a vehicle often used by law enforcement officers, where you can see the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s office laptop on a laptop stand. Behind the seat was a rifle rack, carrying a rifle with a sticker on a magazine, reading “Senpai” and referring to a username on social media.
The affidavit also said Allen was wearing a full-class B PBSO uniform. The Instagram post matches the real PBSO uniform with him showing him in his uniform and accompanied by a name tag, star badge, stitched patch and emergency field force pins. The detective initially believed he was a lieutenant and contacted the FBI Miami to report communications with the active shooter. They later determined that Allen was not in law enforcement.

“There is no doubt in my heart. [the investigators] Palm Beach County Sheriff Rick Bradshaw said Wednesday.
The lawmakers determined that he would proof his “intention to carry out a massive shooting,” along with comments that Allen’s written threat and that he was armed with two firearms and struck seven locations, the affidavit said.
