Bad precedent
Mr. Biden issues a preemptive amnesty to a member of the Diet | January 21
The decision that President Joe Biden gives a preemptive amnesty to his family and aides in the last few days of his term, means a terrible abuse of administrative rights. Biden not only contradicts his siblings, his spouse, and celebrities such as Dr. Anthony Faut and General Mark Milli Mill, but also contradicts the promise of protecting fair justice. I made a dangerous precedent to make it in danger.
This movement has clearly ignored the accountability and transparency, and the trust of the president has been further impaired. Publing such a widespread amnesty without evidence of legal procedures for the recipient is a message that should be anxious about those who are in the position of power being exempt from the rule of the law, and Japan is justice. It will impair the core of good sense and democracy, which has become an excellent model. all.

Everyone, it’s time to hand over the country | Column, January 19th
Columnist Stephanie Hayes again writes about the great (actually, ancient) world from President Donald Trump. I think the only way to digest all of Trump is humor. She has raised the irony to a new level in that text, and I praise her and the Times that featured her column. Her intelligence is refreshing and enlightened. Keep the light shining, Stephanie. You like the Tampa Bay Times the most you like.
Hopefully, I hope that kindness will continue to dominate this area. I sincerely believe that humans are basically good. I see evidence every day. I hope enough adults can keep things polite in this country.

Radioactive road
Florida’s “radioactive road” may be good. The reason is as follows | Column, January 19th
Opinon editor Graham Blink has a compelling discussion on allowing tests for using radioact phosphorus stacks on the mosaic premises as road materials. In the column knot, Mr. Brink mentioned concerns about the possibility of “obedient leaders selected in the election will follow the demands of a huge company.” “Mosaic and state should be 100 % transparent in the survey results.” By the way, the whole proposal is cloudy here.
Although Florida is one of the most transparent state governments in the United States, the reality of the state government is far from ideal. In fact, the last two administration was not very good in the statement of its claim. If I believe that the state government has almost no corruption or at all, and the elected leaders have only good and sublime intentions, I will agree with this road proposal. Personally, I think the happiness of the people is far below the list and is much lower than those that motivate the interests of a large donor.
If the past suggests what actually happens, the person in charge of the examination boils the numbers as told by the boss, and the people gave an summary of the boiled numbers. It is not permitted to see the certain data based on facts.

Not so bad
Florida’s “radioactive road” may be good. The reason is as follows | Column, January 19th
Thank you for giving a well -grounded and interesting basis for the columnist Graham Brink to allow Mosaic to continue the radioactive road test. He persuaded me that continuous testing of phosphorus in road construction was not dangerous. The phosphorescence, which is a slightly radioactive fertilizer by -product, is mixed with an inactive road construction material to create a base layer of an experimental road.
But Brink may have been able to further argue to his debate. For example, the radiation dose is reduced by mixing radioactivity, diluting and spraying over a wide area, rather than leaving a large amount of radioactivity. I don’t want to get closer to the large mountain of phosphorus, but I don’t think it’s hard to get on a diluted mixture by car or truck.
Further justification of the test is that the mosaic is responsible for exploring not only the test but also the method of dispersing the mountains of phosphorus. Large companies often escape from environmental destruction left by profits. Mosaic’s business has a negative effect on the environment of Florida, but in this case, the company is responsible for cleaning in a way that does not require public investment, which l there so future road construction. You may be able to save taxes.

Immigration lesson
How the next president of Trump will affect Desantis’s Florida rule | January 18
I hope that if the Florida Congress holds a special meeting on immigration, immigration to the United States will be from immigration to other regions in the world, so that members can start with short lessons on immigration and immigration. Masu. The field of ecology provides a beneficial perspective on immigration. The population increases only depending on the birth and immigration. The population is reduced only by death and immigration. The maximum size of the population is determined by the capacity, that is, the necessary resources to support the population. If the capacity is reduced (for some reason), the personal choice in the group is death or migration.
Which one do you choose? Which one do you choose for your child?

Further context
Toling battle at the waterfront |
This article about six years of struggle over who manages seminol land requires context, so it was necessary to clarify important points.
When my wife and I moved to Seaper Ins, the protection land and drainage rights behind the house were ignored because the Housing owner Association had not been active for years. I personally solved the unresolved tax problem and resolved the permission to the Southwest Florida Water Management District to preserve this area for all residents. Since then, I have worked in cooperation with Pinus County and Water Management District for the benefit of neighboring areas.
Unfortunately, there were no plaintiffs who approached me or expressed concern about land until the lawsuit was filed in January 2019 (editor’s note: At least one plaintiff has been disgusting the claim. ) After receiving the summoning letter, I met Michael Skly, the plaintiff, to talk about potential solutions. I couldn’t agree with the balance between nature protection and the balance between responsibility, and the access of “anything”, but I continued to work on cooperative solutions on behalf of all nearby residents.
As the developers initially intended, we are grateful that these issues can be dealt with through the functioning housing owner association with transparency. More than 80% of housing owners have supported our initiatives, and we have worked to recover the management of the association and secure fairness, comprehensive and democratic processes.
Progress is still underway. Mediation is planned to solve the free access of the mangrove sidewalk, semi -private ownership and responsibility. Recently, the association’s declaration has been revised, and members have been able to build docks at their own expense.
Sea Pines is a great community. Contrary to the claim, the members recording are actively aiming to avoid additional legal disputes, not to concern about safety. I have hoped for peace coexistence, harmony of neighboring areas and maintaining property value.
Thank you for considering this perspective.
