Florida Palm Coast (WFLA) -Despite the high temperatures of the 80’s throughout the region, the family in the center of Florida had an unexpected surprise on Monday afternoon. A large ice mass fell from the sky and dropped Crash from the roof.

According to NBC’s affiliated company WESH, the firefighter was called to Palm Coast’s house and investigated strange incidents.

The roof of the house was pierced with ice and the ice scattered on a nearby road was found. No one was injured, and the family was able to stay home that night.

There is no official word about the cause of the ice mass forming a shape from the sky, but according to WESH, the lump of ice that falls can be caused by the passing aircraft. In the highlands, ice accumulates on an airplane and breaks down in warm air.

The neighborhood is under multiple flight routes, including busy Orlando International Airport.
