BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. (WFLA) – A man escaped tickets when the suspect stole the show while being handed over.

We can hear little mus getting closer and closer before neither driver nor lieutenant can ignore the little tuxedo kitten strung on them.

The adjutant had said something about the insurance contract, but the driver couldn’t wait any longer and stopped asking, “Can I grab him?”

When the kitten tries to prevent the road from running, the driver scooped him up.

“Oh my goodness. This is the best drawer I’ve ever had,” the driver said.

He appears to be a prone to bring kittens home with him until he remembers he headed out to go fishing when he was pulled.

The aide places the kitten behind the police car and tells the driver “The cat has decided you’re being warned.”

A kitten named Barry was sent to Lee County Home Animal Services and was put up for adoption.
