Ramen Rumble, one of the hottest tickets on the Orlando foodie scene, will be back on February 2nd, returning to Morimoto Asia at Disney Springs for the most anticipated contest ever.
And Jason Chin, founder and organizer of the James Beard Award-nominated Good Salt Restaurant Group, said it’s one last epic showdown.
In Battle of the Champions, seven Bros Belt winners return to the cauldron to determine the ultimate kitchen conqueror.
In this special edition of the showdown for everyone, our city’s best chefs celebrate the creativity, craftsmanship, community, and more they consistently bring to their efforts for great causes. Proceeds from the event will benefit Give Kids the World Village, a nonprofit resort that provides life-changing experiences for children with serious illnesses and their families.
Last year’s event alone raised more than $15,000.
“Ramen Rumble is a very special event,” Chin told the Orlando Sentinel. “While its origins go back to friendly chats online, we never could have imagined how it would grow and evolve.”
Chin said this will be the final chapter of Ramen Rumble. “I feel that ramen as a centerpiece dish is largely dead,” Chin said. “And most of the strongest competitors in the city are belting it out,” but there may be other “rumbles” featuring entirely new dishes in the future.
Ramen Rumble 7 champion Red Panda Noodle will be joined by previous champions:
Ramen Takagi (2024)
Osprey (2023)
Morimoto Asia (2021)
Sticky rice Lao street food (2018)
KAI Asian Street Fair (2017)
Seito Sushi (2016)

“What makes Ramen Rumble special is not just the philanthropic aspect, but the fact that it represents Orlando’s larger culinary and hospitality community. It highlights one of the many things that makes Ramen Rumble so unique, and that is our spirit of partnership and collaboration,” Chin said.
