Melbourne – A 19-year-old Melbourne man was charged with manslaughter last month in the death of his father after the two argued over a plate of food, police say.Julien Gabriel Welch-Beddoe was imprisoned Wednesday in connection with the January 19 death of her 46-year-old father, Francis Welch, court records show.
