SEMINOLE COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – The manager of Florida Circle K was arrested Wednesday after saying he had taken a lottery book worth $36,000 and won a scratch ticket worth $1,000. According to a complaint filed by the Florida Lottery Bureau, Candice Dinman filmed 30 lottery books from Circle K, which he managed at Fruitland Park from February to August 2023.
