Doral, Fla. (WFLA) – A Florida woman has been accused of stealing thousands of people from men during tarot card measurements and mental cleansing. NBC affiliate WTVJ reported that 67-year-old Carmen Valdez de Miguel was arrested Monday on charges of organized plans to resist a non-scary, grand theft and violence-free officer.
