Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. (WFLA) – The owner of a malnourished animal who loves to care for a sick horse and licks mucus has been arrested for felony animal cruelty, the arrest affidavit said. On March 1, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office received complaints from the care and control of Palm Beach County animals, including sickness in the home and “defeated” horses. The 30-year fixed mortgage rate has returned to the level observed in early April.Mortgages and refinance applications have increased over the past week as funding has eased and housing activities stimulated amid growing economic uncertainty.Mortgage applications have skyrocketed 11% from the previous week of the week ending May 2, according to new data from the Mortgage Bankers Association, released on May 7th.
