PANAMA CITY, Fla. (WMBB) – A 24-year-old man was arrested Tuesday morning on suspicion of holding a Panama City mother and her two young sons hostage in an attempt to kill them. According to court documents, Christopher Miles was visiting the victims from out of town around 3 p.m. Monday when an argument broke out between him and his mother.
